Rising Sophomores and Juniors are welcome to apply. We accept students from the Martinsville City Public Schools, Henry County Public Schools, Carlisle School, and home-schooled students.

About the Application:

Letters of Recommendation

Applicants need two letters of recommendation.

TIP: Be sure to choose individuals who know you well and can help us learn about the qualities that will make you a great Youth Board member!

The letters may be attached to the application or mailed.

Essay

The essay should consist of a maximum of one page, double spaced, 12-point font narrative.

TIP: This is your chance to tell us why you want to serve on the Harvest Youth Board and what traits and ideas you can bring to the board.

Be creative and unique! The essay is the perfect opportunity to make your application stand out.

Interview

Some, but not all, applicants will be chosen for an interview. There's no need to be nervous! The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better. We want to hear your ideas!
