OUR HISTORY
In 2015, the Harvest Youth Board was formed with thirteen high schoolers from the Martinsville-Henry County area. The goal of the newly established Youth Board was to give a voice to the young people in the community and get them involved in creating opportunities for the youth of our area through grants and events.
OUR MISSION
The Harvest Youth Board is dedicated to creating leadership opportunities for the youth of Martinsville-Henry County through health, education and community initiatives.
WHAT WE DO
The Harvest Youth Board provides grant opportunities up to $5,000 for programs in Martinsville-Henry County that affect the youth. The board also organizes community initiatives that promote community connectivity such as the Dr. W Dan Prince Thanksgiving Eve Dinner and Books & Bunnies.
